From the first e-mail till the finished job, it was good old time service. Within a day of my initial e-mail one of the friendly staff at Gryphons, had rang to acknowledge our e-mail and to book a measure and quote. Mr Fitzgerald arrived on time with a smile, ready to explained the manufacturing process and the quality of materials put into Gryphon blinds. One of the main reasons for excepting the quote and going with Gryphon Blinds is that they are designed and manufactured in Western Australia, that is very important to my wife and I. I liked that Mr Fitzgerald explained that there products are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, World class products. I could not fault there professionalism and courtesy of the Office Staff, Sales Representatives and often missed out the Trades Personnel.
